    At Lucid Memoir, we strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will typically take 1-2 business days for our team to process and carefully package your items. After processing, the shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take longer.   • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver globally. In special cases where it is not possible, we will do our best to inform and refund you promptly. If you have special delivery requests, please ensure you advise of this on your purchase note
  • How is my artwork packaged?
    We take great care is packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Each piece is carefully handled, and places in a plastic free sleeve. As well as being supported by a durable backing board for strength. It is then posted in a sealed water resistant envelope.
  • How long do refunds take?
    Once the returned item is received, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that the timing of when the refund appears in your account can vary depending on your financial institution
